The estimated delivery time depends on your location and starts once your order is dispatched to the carrier. Below are the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may lead to processing delays or order cancellation. If our system detects address issues, our customer support team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages. Once we hand over your package to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@soulcraftessentials.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
In the event of a lost or stolen package, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Courier companies often have a claims process for such situations, and they may require additional information to complete the process. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note that SoulCraft Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. If the package is not found, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors via carrier, failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you get from your local carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the relevant carrier and the buyer must make contact with their local couriers to resolve any issues.
